If you suffer from Asthma or any sort of breathing or respiratory problem, you will know how horrible it can be
The feelings of panic when you can't get your breath and the tightening of your chest automatically makes you fight for your breath more and can in effect, make the problem worse
What is needed is for you to calm down and relax, and nine times out of ten this will stop the problem, but when you're in the grip of panic and struggling for breath, its very hard to do as the instinct for survival will kick in and make you fight for breath more

Obviously, when in the middle of an asthma attack or struggling to breath, it is not feasible to reach for this session and listen to it. This is more about prevention, so when you are in the middle of your next attack, your mind will remember how to calm yourself down, and in more successful cases, the attack will not even get that far
As common sense will dictate, this will NOT HEAL serious conditions, for example if you have bronchitis, it is not a miracle cure, but MAY help with breathing problems that the condition is causing
The gentleman speaker will guide you into relaxation and a meditative state, this is also known as 'Creative Relaxation'
Once in this state, he will commence the self healing of your respiratory system through the speaking of positive and beneficial affirmations
He will put the calming messages in your mind ready for the next time you have an attack which will enable you to calm yourself and regulate your breathing
The more times you listen to the session, the more you will be ready for any breathing issues in the future
Remember, the mind is a powerful instrument and controls everything we do, do not underestimate the power of suggestion subconscious or otherwise, as everything you do comes from the messages your brain sends to the relevant part of your body!
After the session, there is a half hour relaxation track. This a beautiful piece of music that can be used to continue meditating, or just simply to help you continue relaxing after your session.
