This guided meditation is a 'Meditative Journey' to find your inner self

Not only that, it will hopefully show you how to be more tolerant of others in your life and not to judge

It also may bring you some peace and understanding

If you would like to go on a Meditation retreat in peaceful and beautifully scenic surroundings but you don't have that sort of time available in your life, or you simply cannot afford it, this session is a viable alternative

Running at 1 hour and 10 minutes, the male speaker will guide you through first arriving at the tranquil retreat,  the day to day events and experiences, until it is time to leave

You will visit a spiritual retreat in the mountains, stay in a log cabin, and (figuratively speaking) will be there for a week

The session starts with you being prompted to visualise that you are settled in your cabin straight away, so you will need to get yourself comfortable and relaxed with your eyes closed before listening

Throughout the meditation, the speaker will describe in great detail your surroundings, and this will be helped along by the relevant sounds

You will interact with other people at the retreat and will ask them questions, and they will ask you questions in return

More importantly, you will interact with a meditation master who is there at the retreat, he will guide you by talking to you, making statements, and asking you questions too

The idea is the questions and statements will make you see the truth about your inner self, but not only that, the other people around you in your life, such as not to judge too harshly, but also to be more concerned with your own wellbeing, spiritually and physically, first and foremost

There are sections of the track which have you meditating at the retreat, so it is like a meditation within a meditation

The scenarios when you are in these meditations include walking in the woods and meeting more people and magical creatures who will speak to you, giving you statements, and asking you meaningful questions

By the end of the session, as you should be in a deep state of meditation, experiencing all the has been described for you, and especially because of the meditation within a meditation, the speaker will bring you out of  your meditative state

Hopefully, you will feel peaceful and enlightened, and more sure about yourself, your inner self and how to view, and treat those people around you
