The world we live in can be a terrible place, horrible things happen to nice people on a daily basis - you only have to turn on the news to see it all around us

It may be on a smaller scale as to what we see on the news, but unpleasant things happen to all of us - whether its illness, problems with family, screaming kids, arguments or work stresses to name but a few

With all the worries of day to day life, you may find yourself in mental turmoil regularly, worrying about many things all at once, it can get to the point where it can make you suffer physically as a side effect, lack of sleep being a major issue

Sometimes, all you need is temporary reprieve from the harshness that is life, a place where you can relax and find some inner peace

With our busy lives, it's not always possible to drop everything and go on a holiday (and that can bring issues of it's own!), but what if you could find a little peace in the privacy of your own home?

The female speaker will talk you into a meditative state, and then encourage you to take a mental walk until you find a beautiful place of your liking

She will then encourage you to sit in your special place and take all the beauty in around you, to think about the beautiful things in our world and to concentrate on the positive things in your life

She will further encourage you to feel the peace that is flowing in your chosen place, to become part of it, and for your relaxation time, let your issues with the real world melt away and experience the ultimate serenity


You will feel totally relaxed, tranquil, peaceful, and at one with your beautiful surroundings - remember, this is your time for YOU, and to escape your anxieties

The idea is, when you come out of your meditation, you will see the bad things in life in a new light. This meditation session cannot make your problems go away, but can hopefully make you view them in a calmer, more pro-active way, and in return, will make you more capable of dealing with whatever life throws at you!

After the session, there is a half hour relaxation track. This a beautiful piece of music that can be used to continue meditating, or just simply to help you continue relaxing after your session.

Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and get yourself comfortable and relaxed

This session can be used even if you have never tried Guided Meditation before, but obviously, would be equally as effective for those of you who already practice meditation regularly.
