This is one of the more basic guided meditation we sell.

 It's not to visit a place in your mind, it's not to help with a specific issue such as your breathing

It is to just basically to help you relax and unwind

Some facts about meditation and why it could be good for YOU!

Meditation is a holistic discipline by which the practitioner attempts to get beyond the reflexive, "thinking" mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness.

Meditation is part of many religions, but is also practiced by many who are not religious in any way.

Meditation is used for a wide range of spiritual and non-spiritual goals. These include, achieving a higher state of consciousness or enlightenment, developing and increasing compassion and loving kindness, receiving spiritual inspiration or guidance from God, achieving greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply cultivating a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind

This Meditation is approximately 20 minutes long, and will help you achieve a ultimate state of relaxation

Using visualisation techniques, the female speaker will talk you into a state of Meditation, She will do this firstly by talking you through relaxing all of your limbs, and then by you visualising peaceful sights in nature

Once you are then in the Meditative state, she will relax you further and help you forget about the troubles of your day and bring you some mental stability

She will then bring you out of your Meditation gently, and you should feel calm, relaxed and peaceful

You can use the meditation as many times as you wish, and hopefully, the effects of Meditation will start to reflect in your day to day life

After the session, there is a half hour relaxation track. This a beautiful piece of music that can be used to continue meditating, or just simply to help you continue relaxing after your session.

Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed and get yourself comfortable and relaxed

The session can be used even if you have never tried Guided Meditation before, but obviously, would be equally as effective for those of you who already practice meditation regularly.
